Ingredients:

1 cup red wine (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon)

1 teaspoon Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix

Optional ingredients:

1/4 - 1/2 cup apple cider

1 small cinnamon stick

1 orange slice

Honey or maple syrup to taste


Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine the wine and apple cider/juice over medium-low heat. Add the Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix and whisk until fully incorporated and then add the orange slice. Let the mixture heat gently for 5-7 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t boil. You may strain into a mug if you feel the mix hasn’t incorporated to your liking. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired and garnish with the orange slice or cinnamon stick, and enjoy.



2. Spiced Apple Cider with Mushroom Chai


Earthy mushroom chai pairs beautifully with classic apple cider for a grounding drink.


Ingredients:

1 cup apple cider or juice

1 teaspoon Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix

Optional ingredients:

1 apple or orange slice

1 small cinnamon stick

Honey or maple syrup to taste


Instructions:

In a small pot, combine the apple cider or juice and Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes, using a whisk to incorporate the mix completely. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. Strain (if desired) into a mug, garnish with an apple or orange slice and cinnamon stick, and enjoy.


3. Mushroom Chai Tea with Honey and Cream


This creamy chai tea is a cozy, earthy treat.


Ingredients:

½ cup water

1 teaspoon Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix

½ cup milk

Honey to taste


Instructions:

Heat the water in a small pot until it simmers. Whisk in the Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix. Add the milk and gently warm it through, while whisking to incorporate the mix thoroughly. Sweeten with honey, then pour into a mug. Top with a dash of Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix if desired.


4. Nutrient Dense Mushroom Maple Chai Cafe Latte


A frothy, creamy mushroom chai latte with grassfed beef gelatin and healthy fats makes for an ideal morning boost.


Ingredients:

3 Tablespoons half-&-half

1 teaspoon Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix

1 scoop grassfed beef gelatin powder (I use this one)

1 Tablespoon butter or ghee (or coconut oil/MCT oil)

1 teaspoon Maple syrup, or to taste

1 cup hot coffee


Instructions:

Start by pouring a few tablespoons (to your liking) of cream, milk or half-&-half in a large mug. Add Maple syrup. Sprinkle grassfed beef gelatin on top. Add Mushroom Chai Beverage Mix. Use your frother or whisk to blend well, until it’s creamy. Add grassfed butter. Add coffee until about half full. Blend again with the frother until creamy. Top off with more coffee!
