Black Walnut is the star of the show, and the back-up singers are Pau de Arco, Wormwood, Hyssop, Thyme, Garlic, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cayenne, Mullein, Cinnamon, Clove, Slippery Elm & Blackstrap Molasses. 
We use this formula for both humans and animals on our farm, especially the goats. I typically use it as needed and during any times of high probability of a worm explosion, like the first full moon of Spring during kidding season! 
When using proactively, I like to begin giving it 3 days before the full moon, the day of, and 3 days after, for a total of 7 days. If using it for acute situations, don’t wait on the moon, just give it when needed and follow up the next full moon for as many moons as you think it is needed (it takes more if you’re trying to transition conventionally raised animals to a more holistic management style). The reason for giving according to the full moon isn’t hooey, it’s simply because parasites are most active during this time, but also the most vulnerable.
