We use Goldenrod in many ways but my personal favorite use is for when we have runny sinus and allergy issues. We also use it for urinary support/UTI. 
Our Goldenrod is wild harvested from non-sprayed, no-traffic areas and combined with pure grain alcohol for a potent fresh plant tincture.
